Surely one of the most well known of cannabis seeds banks is Cali Connection Seeds! They've been in the game since around 2008 and were founded by a guy called Edward "Sweve" Clarizio. They've become increasingly more popular since then due to some of the absolutely legendary strains they've produced like Chem 91 and Pre '98 Bubba Kush. Their guiding principle is something they call 'True Genetics,' which states that seeds should faithfully reflect the traits of their parents.
Several awards have been won by Cali Connection Seeds and these include multiple Amsterdam Awards from High Times, "Best Hash" in 2011 with Tahoe OG Kush and "Best Hybrid" in 2013 with Girl Scout Cookies. In 2015, they took home multiple trophies, including "Best CBD Flowers" with CBD OG and "Best Indica Flower" with Louis XIII.
