Auto Jack puts a pinch of Ruderalis into a Jack Herer and White Widow cross, to create a hybrid that has performance running through its veins. With a combination of such classic varieties this plant produces an upful high to take your worries away.
Jack Herer is a legendary strain, named after the cannabis activist who fought long and hard for legalization of the herb. A plant that is naturally tall in stature, Its personality is sativa dominant, Jack Herer is a real creeper, and that creep comes with long lasting stamina too. We selected a strong JH mother plant to breed with.
White Widow is also a legendary strain, one named after the exotically potent Black Widow spider and rechristened White to recognize the intense sugary crystal coating of trichomes that cover the buds. Notorious for its strength, the White Widow is also fast to flower, and we selected one of this species for that reason.
With two great strains combined, Auto Jack was born from the best of both worlds. The autoflowering element comes from the Ruderalis, a truly wonderful cannabis plant that can brave the Arctic circle thanks to the automatic flowering cycle it has naturally developed over millions of years of evolution. These genes give the Auto Jack short stout growth and a rapid flower process (estimated 65-75 days indoors and 80 days or more outside, some growers have reported cropping even quicker).
This hybrid has stability, form and ancestry, producing excellent harvests of big buds – up to 450 grams per square metre in an indoor setup and 200 grams per plant outside. This makes it a highly efficient plant for both indoor and outdoor growers across northern and southern hemispheres.
As for the effects, when the Widow meets Jack the outcome is a pleasurable clash of historical highs. With strength and stamina this is a strain that will appeal to old school and new school smoke crews alike.
Can hybrids highlight uncommon cannabinoids?
Hybrids can be produced to raise CBG or THCV levels for distinct effects and medical purposes. Cannabis' complicated chemistry is being more understood and appreciated with this concentration on uncommon cannabinoids becoming more common.
Why should South East Asian cannabis strains be preserved?
South East Asian pure landrace strains are getting rarer as hybridization expands worldwide. These cultivars' genetic diversity and heritage are preserved by local farmers and worldwide enthusiasts to ensure their future contribution to the cannabis genetics of the future.
How do breeders use Ruderalis genetics?
Ruderalis is valued by breeders for its ability to incorporate auto-flowering and robust features into high-THC Sativa or Indica strains. Potent auto-flowering hybrids between these two breeds are said to combine the best of both worlds.
Why is flowering time important for phenotypic expression?
Terpenes and cannabinoids, which give plants their flavours and effects, develop during flowering. This time is said to ensure a complete manifestation of the plant's potential by allowing for a richer, more nuanced profile than faster-flowering strains.
What allows Fruity tasting strains to create so many fruit flavours?
The unique combination of terpenes in each strain may be balanced to highlight citrus zest, berries, and tropical fruits. Diversity in genetics provides a wide range of flavour experiences!
