Karma Genetics, a Dutch cannabis seed bank, officially started its journey in 2008, though its roots trace back to 1996 in the Dutch cannabis scene. Founded by a breeder known as Karma, the company has consistently focused on producing top-shelf cannabis strains, especially known for their OG Kush breeding lines. Karma's approach to breeding is characterized by emphasizing the important of an open and honest history, taking time to perfect each strain, and maintaining strong ties with the old growers' network.
Karma Genetics has gained a substantial following for its high-yielding strains, many of which have garnered prestigious awards. Some of their most celebrated strains include Karma's OG, Headbanger, and White OG V2.0. Karma's OG, considered Karma's personal favorite, has won several awards, including 1st Place in the Indica category at the 2014 IC420 Breeders Cup in Amsterdam. The White OG V2.0 strain also boasts multiple awards, including 1st Place at Zaragoza’s 2015 Fresh Cup in Spain and the 2014 Elite Cup in Spain.
