Critical + Autoflowering CBD is a feminized autoflowering and CBD-rich cannabis seed by Dinafem Seeds derived from the cross of a Critical + and an Auto CBD. Consumers who find it difficult to cope with high levels of THC can at last enjoy the classic skunky smell of Critical + without being hit by an extremely strong/long-lasting 'high'. Besides, despite her being an automatic cannabis plant, her yield and flavour have nothing to envy to any of our feminised seeds.
That's why now all fans of the original skunky smell will be able to enjoy it freely while benefiting from the advantages of CBD: more controlled psychoactive effects and a pleasant sensation of physical and psychological well-being caused by the anti-stress properties of this cannabinoid.
Critical + Autoflowering CBD is an Indica-dominant hybrid with a rather Sativa-like appearance: large internodal spacing, long branches and thin leaflets. The size and shape of her buds is more Indica, though, that is, more compact and numerous.
Critical + Autoflowering CBD lives up to her dynasty, always delivering numerous dense and resinous buds if cultivated under adequate growing conditions. Her buds tend to be really thick and compact, far more than what autoflowering strains generally produce.
If we had to single out one particular trait of Critical +, that would be, without any shadow of a doubt, her flavour and aroma. That’s why it’s been our priority to keep them untouched. And, with Critical + Autoflowering CBD, we have, once again, managed to do it right, but with a little difference. While in the breeding, we observed the orangey scent of our CBD elite line matched perfectly with the citrus skunky aroma of Critical +. So we have succeeded in conferring some new nuances to the intense skunk fragrance of Critical + by making the sweet orange scent more intense.
Like in all CBD-rich strains, the high levels of cannabidiol make sure the psychoactive effects are less intense and more controlled, although this would depend on the user’s tolerance to cannabis as well as on the amount of marijuana consumed. What is clear, though, is that the effect is always going to be gentler than the one delivered by a non-CBD strain. CBD reduces the psychoactive effects of THC but, since the latter doesn’t completely disappear, Critical + Autoflowering CBD is perfect for those who want a relaxing ’high’ without suffering from tachycardia or a hangover. The Dinafem Team believes CBD to be the healthiest and most sustainable option for those people who'd rather go through a gentle experience.
She is easy to grow and flowers fast. In fact, her being such an easy cannabis strain makes it unnecessary to have any prior experience to obtain quality crops. In any case, Critical + Autoflowering CBD, like all her sisters, performs marvellously in SOG (Sea of Green), a growing technique to optimise the available space indoors. Cultivating a maximum of 9-16 plants per square metre is recommended if we want each of them to show their full potential.
How big are Ruderalis plants compared to other cannabis strains?
Ruderalis plants generally grow 20–25 inches tall and are compact. Ruderalis' modest size is due to its adapations to the windy circumstances in its native areas.
What gives cannabis strains their orange taste?
Limonene, present in orange rinds and other citrus fruits, gives some cannabis strains their zesty orange flavour. This and supporting terpenes like Myrcene and Pinene provide a rich citrus scent with earthiness and pine notes.
Do low-THC strains have different terpene profiles?
Low-THC strains have a rich variety of terpenes, the fragrant substances that give cannabis its distinctive smell and taste. From soothing myrcene to uplifting limonene and focus-sharpening pinene, these terpenes are said to provide richness to the strain's character and are said to be able to improve mood and alertness.
From where do many high CBD strains originate?
Traditional hemp strains have been used for generations to make fibre, food, and medicine, and high CBD strains are their descendants. These ancient strains naturally preferred higher CBD than THC levels before contemporary breeding procedures amplified these features for medical uses.
Do indica strains have more CBD?
Indica cultivars are often thought to be CBD-rich, however their cannabinoid makeup varies. Due to their terpene and cannabinoid compositions, they are said to provide a calming, tranquil body buzz.
