Description
Peach Cake is a dessert-heavy modern hybrid with plenty going on beyond the sweet name. Silent Seeds developed it in collaboration with the California brand Cookies, a company known for lines such as Girl Scout Cookies, London Pound Cake, Cereal Milk, Gary Payton, Biscotti and Georgia Pie. It is available as feminised seeds.
The cross is Peach Ringz x Cheesecake, using Peach Ringz from Dying Breed Seeds and a selected Cheesecake clone. That pairing gives Peach Cake its mix of exotic fruit, creamy pastry character and deeper gassy Kush weight. THC is listed at 25–27%, with CBD at 0.03%, putting it firmly among the stronger varieties in the Silent Seeds range.
Dessert fruit, gas and purple flowers
The flavour is one of the clearest reasons to look at Peach Cake. It is built around exotic fruit cheesecake: sweet, pastry-like, creamy and rich, with gassy Kush notes underneath. There are also petroleum and earthy touches in the aroma, so it is not just a simple fruity strain. The profile has that dessert-shop feel, but with enough savoury depth to keep it from becoming one-note.
In flower, Peach Cake can be a striking plant. Silent Seeds describes deep, evolving purple hues in the leaves and flowers, along with large, compact buds and a thick trichome coating. Those dense, resinous flowers are also why the breeder points to Peach Cake as a strong candidate for concentrate and extract work.
How Peach Cake grows
Peach Cake produces robust, slender hybrid plants with moderate to significant spacing between nodes. The leaves and leaf blades are medium sized, and the overall structure is balanced, with an open enough frame for light to reach further into the plant. Indoors, Silent Seeds recommends keeping the vegetative period to a maximum of three weeks, as the plants can gain impressive stature.
Indoor flowering time is 63–65 days. Yield is listed at 500–550 g/m² indoors, while outdoor production is given as 1,400–1,600 g/m². Outdoors, plants can reach around 2–2.2 m, with harvest expected in late September to early October.
This is not presented as a tiny, leave-it-alone plant. To get the most from its production potential, Silent Seeds recommends more hands-on canopy work such as SCROG or SOG, along with techniques like lollypopping, targeted defoliation or Schwazzing. The aim is to even out the canopy, improve light exposure and direct growth towards the most productive flowering sites. Peach Cake may show two or three phenotypic profiles, though they are described as fairly close to one another overall.
Effect and who it suits
Peach Cake is described as balanced in effect, starting with uplifting, euphoric cerebral stimulation before gradually moving into deeper physical relaxation. The potency stays strong from start to finish, so the 25–27% THC figure is worth noting if you normally prefer gentler varieties.
Its character is aimed more at recreational enjoyment than a quiet background smoke. Silent Seeds presents it as suitable for relaxed social moments, music, festivals, creative settings and unwinding after a long day. For collectors drawn to Cookies-style dessert genetics with fruit, cream, gas, purple colour and extract-friendly resin, Peach Cake has a clear identity.
