Description
Xaanaax is a heavy, flavour-led release from Top Shelf Elite Seeds, available as feminised seeds. It brings together Black Valium, Dirt Nap and Grape Stomper, with each parent adding something clear: the sedative calm of Black Valium, the strength of Dirt Nap and the loud candy terpenes of Grape Stomper.
The plant has a compact, indica-leaning structure and produces dense buds with round to spade-shaped forms. The flowers are described as very sticky and heavily coated in icy trichomes, giving them a frosted look even before curing. Colour can run from deep olive green through to royal purple, with dark violet sugar leaves and occasional black tones in cooler conditions.
The aroma is a big part of the appeal here. Xaanaax opens with ripe purple grape, sugar-coated berries and a grape soda fizz. Once the flowers are broken down, the sweeter side is joined by fermented funk, dank earth and a touch of sweet fuel, with a nostalgic hashy edge underneath.
On the inhale, expect tart grape candy first, followed by deeper earthy spice and a little kushy gas on the exhale. The smoke is rich and lingering, with a syrupy finish that stays on the palate rather than disappearing straight away.
Top Shelf Elite Seeds presents Xaanaax as a potent, sedative cultivar best suited to evening use and premium flower production. It’s a good fit for collectors drawn to compact indica-leaning plants, purple-heavy bag appeal, loud grape terps and strong calming effects.
