Description
RS11 is all about modern candy-gas character: sweet tropical fruit, citrus and guava, cut through with sour diesel, spice and fuel. Seed City Seeds offers RS11 as feminised seeds, with photoperiod flowering and the colourful, resin-heavy flower style that made Rainbow Sherbert #11 such a talked-about West Coast line.
The reported genetics are Sunset Sherbet × Pink Guava × OZK. The original RS11 was the #11 selection from DEO Farms’ Rainbow Sherbert line, made from Pink Guava × Sunset Sherbet. Pink Guava comes from DEO Farms’ OZ Kush/OZK breeding work, which explains the OZK link in the wider lineage. The #11 cut was selected and popularised by Wizard Trees, with Doja Pak also helping bring the cultivar to a wider audience.
RS11 is listed as 60% sativa and 40% indica. THC is given at 27–31%, so this is a strong choice rather than a mild novelty strain. Effects are described as happy, relaxed and uplifted, with the broader RS11 character known for clear-headed euphoria, mental alertness and a balanced mix of cerebral lift and physical ease.
The plant grows tall, lanky and vigorous, with long branches, an open frame and substantial internodal spacing. Flowering stretch can be significant, with plants potentially doubling or tripling in size after bloom begins. Although RS11 has been listed as beginner-suitable, the stretch and space demands make it better suited to growers who are comfortable managing height and plant shape.
Flowering time is 10–12 weeks. Plants reach around 1.5 m, with indoor yields listed at 350–450 g/m² and outdoor yields at 450–550 g per plant. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor cultivation in a temperate climate.
The flowers are dense, very resinous and heavily coated in trichomes. RS11 genetics are also associated with green, purple and violet colour expression, which adds to the appeal for collectors who like modern dessert lines with strong visual presence.
The aroma is sweet and sour tropical fruit with citrus, candy and pungent gas-spice notes. Flavour-wise, expect diesel, sour and sweet elements, with guava, stone fruit, tropical fruit and candy-like sweetness over a spicy fuel edge. Myrcene and caryophyllene are the listed terpenes, fitting the fruity, gassy and slightly spicy profile.
