Bob Marley Redemption is an indica-dominant cultivar from Humboldt Seed Company, available as feminised seeds. Its parentage is (SDO #9) x Don Carlos x Lamb’s Bread, tying the release to classic Jamaican cannabis heritage while keeping the finished plant practical for modern growers.

This strain forms part of Humboldt Seed Company’s project honouring Bob Marley’s legacy. In late 2024, the Marley family welcomed the breeder to Saint Ann Parish in Jamaica, where Bob was born and laid to rest, to develop three strains with the family, local farmers and Dr. Machel Emanuel of the University of the West Indies. Redemption is the indica-led entry in that set, shaped around a calm, grounded character.

The aromatic side is classic rather than dessert-like. Expect robust pine and gentle citrus up front, with earthy herbal notes and a subtle sour fuel edge underneath. The flavour follows the same line: herbal, piney and lightly citrus, finishing with that sharper fuel note rather than heavy sweetness.

Effects are described as calm and euphoric. The indica-dominant side gives Redemption its settled, relaxing feel, while the euphoric lift keeps the experience from becoming one-dimensional.

In the grow room or outdoors, Redemption is reported to show strong structure, resilience and generous yields. Plants produce dense, trichome-rich flowers with good visual appeal after harvest. Flowering is listed at 70 days, with outdoor harvest planning around October 9–16.
