Description
Overview
Lemon Haze is a Sativa-dominant hybrid well-known for its lemony scent and flavor, combined with skunky and spicy undertones. It has a striking appearance due to its light green buds with yellowish tints and a heavy coating of trichomes. This strain stands out with a high THC content and moderate CBD levels.
Awards and Genetics
This strain has clinched the High Times Cannabis Cup in 2008 and 2012, highlighting its prestigious standing in the cannabis community. Lemon Haze is a cross between Lemon Skunk and Amnesia Haze, both Sativa strains known for their potent lemon characteristics. It is recognized for having one of the higher THC percentages, approximately 25%, with a CBD content of around 0.88%.
Aroma, Flavor, and Effects
The strain boasts a strong citrus fragrance and flavor likened to lemon-flavored candy, attributed to high concentrations of limonene. Consumers can expect a delicious experience whether smoked or vaped. Its Sativa dominance brings about uplifting effects including significant mind highs, increased energy, creativity, and motivation, alongside feelings of euphoria and well-being lasting between two to three hours. However, its stimulating effects are not recommended before sleep.
Growth Information
Lemon Haze takes about eight to nine weeks to flower, with outdoor plants ready for harvest in mid-October. Indoor yields can reach 425 to 475 grams per square meter, and even 1,000 grams per plant outdoors under optimal conditions. Plants grow to 80-140 cm indoors and 130-170 cm outdoors.

Available from Royal Queen Seeds, a reputable seed bank in the Netherlands since 2006, Lemon Haze seeds promise a robust plant with favorable effects and flavors.
