5 G is a Soma Seeds Originals release built from a stacked modern parent line: 4 G (Gelato #45 x Gorilla Glue #4 x Girl Scout Cookies) x Lavender OG. It is available as feminised seeds, with a photoperiod flowering cycle and an indica/sativa balance of 80% indica and 20% sativa.

The name comes from the genetics. 4 G was originally bred by Purple Caper Seeds and combines Gelato #45, Gorilla Glue #4 and Girl Scout Cookies; Soma then crossed it with the brand’s cup-winning Lavender OG, adding the fifth “G” and steering the line towards a better smell and taste.

Growers can expect plants that get big, build tight colas and stack their buds well. Soma describes 5 G as easy to grow, resilient and suitable for indoor or outdoor cultivation. The listed minimum yield is 50–60 grams, with a flowering time of 8–10 weeks. The flowers are noted for their attractive look and dense structure rather than loose, airy growth.

The aroma keeps a clear Gorilla Glue character, softened with hints of Lavender OG.
