Description
Wedding Cake, a controversial yet beautiful indica-dominant hybrid, stems from a mix of Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) and Cherry Pie, or possibly Triangle Kush and Animal Mints. Its aroma transitions from an initial earthy scent to a sweet dessert-like fragrance. Originating in SoCal before making its way to Colorado, this strain surprises with a spiced earthy taste followed by a sugary aftertone. The strong scent mirrors its potent effects, offering a blend of uplifting euphoria and relaxing warmth, useful for creativity, pain relief, and sleep disorders. Visually, it presents dense, light red, almost pinkish buds.
Despite the appeal, acquiring Wedding Cake seeds can be a challenge, due to the original breeders’ secrecy. However, they are available for purchase, promising high THC levels up to 27%, with a minimal CBD content. The predominant terpenes include Beta-caryophyllene, Beta Myrcene, and Alpha Humulene, contributing to its medicinal potential. Said to be a masterpiece, Wedding Cake’s potency offers a range of effects from insomnia relief to creativity boosts in moderate doses, though not recommended for beginners.
