Bubblegum F1 Auto keeps the old-school Bubblegum sweetness and puts it into a quicker, easier Barney’s Farm Seeds format. It is available as feminised autoflowering seeds, bred from Bubblegum x BF Super Auto #1, with the second parent adding the automatic flowering habit and quicker, self-sufficient growth.

This is an 85% indica and 15% sativa variety with THC listed at 21%. Bubblegum has been a familiar name for decades, and this version is built around that same sugary, soothing character rather than trying to turn it into something sharp or modern for the sake of it.

The aroma is the part most Bubblegum fans will notice first: sweet strawberry and red cherry, wrapped in a sugary scent with a soft earthy base underneath. The flavour follows the same line. Strawberry and cherry come through first, with broad fruit sweetness across the taste, then a cleaner earthy note on the exhale to stop it feeling one-dimensional.

The effect is described as euphoric, happy and deeply relaxing, with a bit of creative warmth in the middle. It’s not presented as a racy auto; the 85% indica side gives it a calmer, body-led finish, better suited to slow evenings and quieter moments than a busy daytime smoke.

In the grow room, Bubblegum F1 Auto stays manageable for an autoflower with good production behind it. Indoor plants are listed at 80–130 cm, with yields of 550–650 g/m². The structure is compact and indica-leaning, with dense, spread-out branches forming a productive canopy. Buds are chunky, tightly packed and resin-heavy, with generous trichomes giving them a bright, glistening look as harvest gets close.

The full cycle is 70–75 days from seed, with no light schedule change needed. Barney’s Farm notes that plants can shift from deep green towards amber as they mature. For harvest timing, the breeder points to mostly milky trichomes with some amber, along with pistils darkening and curling inward.

Outdoors, plants are given at 110–150 cm and 150–250 g per plant, with the possibility of multiple harvests per season. The variety is described as reliable across a range of climates, including cooler northern summers where finishing before poor weather matters, as well as warmer sunny regions. Good mould resistance is also noted, which is useful for areas with higher humidity or changeable conditions.
