Biscotti Gelato

Biscotti Gelato is FastBuds’ refined 2026 take on a line that first appeared as a limited batch at the beginning of 2025. It’s available as feminised seeds and keeps the focus firmly on rich dessert terps, strong structure and a more consistent population than the earlier release.

The parentage is Biscotti (Cookies) x Gelato (Sherbinski’s). FastBuds kept the Biscotti side to the same selected phenotype, chosen for its structure, flower density and baked, lightly spiced profile. The Gelato side was reworked toward a phenotype with stronger Sunset Sherbet influence, adding more depth and complexity to the terpene profile. Both parental lines were run through large in-house populations, with stress-testing used to remove weaker traits and tighten up stability.

This is a balanced 50% sativa / 50% indica variety. FastBuds lists potency at up to 32% THC with CBD below 1%, and describes the effect as powerful and long lasting. It’s not presented as a light or casual profile, so the headline here is strength backed by a heavy resin output.

The flavour sits in the creamy Gelato and cookie-dough zone, but with a bit more going on than plain sweetness. Expect cream, sweet dough and a baked Biscotti character, joined by gas, berries, light tropical notes and a subtle spicy edge. The aroma is listed as very strong, and the line was selected for terpene depth rather than a sharp, one-note smell.

In the grow room, Biscotti Gelato is described as vigorous, with strong lateral branching, dense structure and chunky, trichome-heavy buds. FastBuds calls it a resin monster, with flowers aimed at top-shelf extract potential. Plants are listed as XXL, reaching around 135–180 cm, and the line is suitable for indoor or outdoor cultivation.

Flowering time is 9–10 weeks. Indoor yields are listed at 550–650 g/m², while outdoor plants can produce up to 1100 g per plant. The intended climate range covers very hot, hot, moderate, cold and very cold conditions, giving it a broad practical appeal for growers choosing a photoperiod Gelato-style strain with more structural work behind it.
