Power 54

Power 54 is a Hortilab Sour Power line release built from Studio 54 x Sour Power, available as regular seeds. It uses Studio 54 as the pollen receiver, paired with the breeder’s special Sour Power pollen, so the appeal here is very much in the breeding and the flavour potential.

Studio 54 brings the modern fruit-and-funk side of the cross. Its own parentage is Sunset Sherbert x Pink Guava, with Pink Guava being an OZK F2 bred by DEO Farms from Dying Breed Seeds’ OZK. Hortilab notes that Studio 54 is a sister from the same hunt as RS11, but with a different flavour profile: more tropical fruit, especially guava and passion fruit, along with creamy notes and funk.

Sour Power adds Hortilab’s house breeding to the mix. It was made by pollinating the staple Starbud with ECSD V3, bringing a sour backdrop to Studio 54’s sweeter, fruitier character.

Power 54 is listed for indoor and outdoor growing, with a flowering time of 8–10 weeks and medium to high yield potential. As a regular-seed release, it will suit growers and collectors who specifically want access to the full male and female side of this Studio 54 and Sour Power pairing.
