Tropz by Hortilab is available as regular seeds and comes from the breeder’s Sour Power hybrid line. It crosses Tropicana Cherry with Sour Power, giving it a clear mix of fruit-led modern cookie genetics and Hortilab’s sour, diesel-backed breeding work.

The Tropicana Cherry side is bred from Tropicana Cookies x Cherry Cookies F3, with the Cherry Cookies F3 coming from Relentless Genetics. It is known here for ultra-fruity, orange-heavy terpene character, strong colouration and resin content, as well as eye-catching bag appeal.

The Sour Power parent has its own bit of Hortilab history behind it. It was made by pollinating Starbud, an old-school Hortilab classic of unknown genetics, with ECSD V3. ECSD V3 is the third stage of breeding work on East Coast Sour Diesel genetics, so Tropz carries a proper sour diesel thread alongside the sweeter cherry-orange profile.

Flowering time is listed at 8–10 weeks, with indoor and outdoor cultivation both noted. Yields are described as medium to high. As regular seeds, Tropz will be of particular interest to growers who prefer working with both male and female plants for selection, breeding projects or keeping chosen cuts from a line with plenty of terpene and resin appeal.
