Description
La Llorona is a terpene-led release from Compound Genetics’ Black Amber line, available as feminised seeds. The cross is Devil Driver x Black Amber, giving it a modern, polished profile with most phenotypes showing the tighter Devil Driver-style structure.
The aroma is sweet and perfumed, with soft floral notes rather than a heavy, blunt sweetness. A layer of gas comes through underneath and adds a bit of weight, while the finish is smooth and can linger in the jar. It’s a good fit if you like sweet floral terps but still want some fuel on the back end.
Plants are photoperiod indica/sativa hybrids suited to indoor and outdoor cultivation. Most phenotypes show tight internodal spacing and uniform stacking, forming dense, well-shaped buds with a strong bud-to-leaf ratio. There’s also good colour potential and a healthy trichome coating, giving the flowers that more boutique visual finish Compound Genetics is known for.
Flowering time is 56–70 days, and yields are described as medium. La Llorona is less about chasing maximum bulk and more about sweet perfume, floral gas, dense flower formation and a refined Black Amber line finish.
