Sour Diesel Bx2

Sour Diesel Bx2 is Karma Genetics’ own take on sour diesel, built around a KG Sour D cut selected in 2007. That same selected mother was also used in Headbanger, so there’s some real Karma history behind this line rather than a loose nod to diesel genetics. This release is available as regular seeds.

The parentage is KG Sour D x KG Sour D BX1. Karma is clear that this isn’t an ECSD backcross or an Original Diesel backcross; it’s an isolated genotype from their own collection and selection work. The BX2 was made to lock down that chosen KG Sour D type, with the old-school sour terp profile kept firmly in focus.

Expect a pungent sour gas smell that can fill a room quickly. Good filtration is strongly advised indoors, as this one is not shy once it gets going. The flavour and aroma are aimed squarely at fans of classic sour diesel terps: sharp, gassy and unmistakably old-school.

Grow-wise, Sour Diesel Bx2 is not presented as a beginner’s choice. Karma notes that it needs close attention and a fine-tuned feeding regime to reach its full potential. It can be grown indoors or outdoors, with high yields possible when handled well. Flowering time is listed at 10–12 weeks.

The effect is described as a strong head high with a light body side to it, and it lasts well. If you’re looking through regular seeds for a serious sour diesel line with a known Karma selection behind it, this is the important part: it’s KG Sour D worked back into itself, not a generic diesel remake.
