Description
Sogouda is a Soma Seeds Originals release with a proper Amsterdam back story. It came from a collaboration between Soma and Milo of Big Buddha Seeds, combining Soma’s Cheese with Original Big Buddha’s Cheese, then working that Cheese character with a Blueberry/G13 Haze blend. It is available as feminised seeds.
The balance is listed as 80% indica and 20% sativa, so Sogouda is best understood as a Cheese-led hybrid with extra fruit and haze in the family tree. It became a favourite in Amsterdam coffeeshops, with the appeal centred on its strong, savoury-sweet flavour and striking lime-green buds.
Expect a 9–10 week flowering time and a minimum yield of around 35–40 grams. The notes around this strain also point to good hash-making potential, which will matter to collectors who pay attention to resin-heavy varieties and old-school coffeeshop selections.
The flavour is described as tangy, with a gourmet-food quality rather than a plain sweet fruit profile. If you like Cheese genetics but want something with Blueberry and G13 Haze worked into the background, Sogouda has a distinctive mix of lineage, taste and Amsterdam pedigree.
