Auto Kingston Punch

Auto Kingston Punch is a fast sativa-dominant auto with a bit of story behind it. Dutch Passion Seeds created it in an exclusive collaboration with PelaGatos, first as a limited regional release for South and Central America in late 2025. After strong feedback from growers there, it moved into Dutch Passion’s permanent European autoflower collection.

It’s available as feminised autoflowering seeds. The genetics are Mimosa x Auto Skywalker Haze, with the Mimosa side coming from the elite clone made from Clementine x Purple Punch. Auto Skywalker Haze adds the autoflowering side of the cross, along with the vigour, yield potential, terpene strength and high THC levels Dutch Passion wanted to keep in this quicker version. The breeder reports routine 20–25% THC levels for Auto Kingston Punch.

The plant keeps a slim sativa shape rather than turning into a wide, heavily branched bush. It tends to focus flower production up the central stem, building a chunky main bloom with limited side branching. That makes it fairly straightforward to understand in the grow room, and Dutch Passion presents it as suitable for both newer growers and more experienced hands.

From autoflower seed to harvest, Auto Kingston Punch takes around 11 weeks. Containers of at least 11 litres / 2.5 gal are recommended, and it responds well to LST if you want to shape it. It can also be left to grow naturally, especially outdoors. Heat and humidity tolerance are singled out as strengths, so it has clear appeal for outdoor and greenhouse growers in tropical and subtropical climates. Indoors, Dutch Passion recommends an 18/6 or 20/4 light schedule to help maximise yield and resin production.

The aroma is one of the more distinctive parts of the variety. Expect ripe citrus fruit, sharp lime zest and sweet Caribbean spice, with a pungent, lingering tropical smell. It follows the flavour intensity of the original Kingston Punch idea, but in a quicker autoflowering form.

The effect is mainly cerebral: energising, uplifting and motivating, with a more relaxed physical feel arriving later. That makes Auto Kingston Punch a good fit if you like brighter sativa-style autos for daytime use, creative jobs or social settings, rather than something heavy from the first hit.

The name nods to Kingston, Jamaica, and the long cultural link between cannabis and reggae culture. In the seed collection, though, its practical appeal is simple enough: Mimosa flavour, Auto Skywalker Haze performance, high THC and a quicker autoflower life cycle.
