Description
Fishy Zoap is Seed Stockers doing something deliberately odd with modern flavour. It crosses Zoap × Fish Piss, pairing Zoap’s sweet, soapy, fruity side with the rawer, funkier edge of Fish Piss. It’s available as feminised seeds and sits in the breeder’s Superior line, where the focus is on distinctive, high-impact varieties rather than safe, familiar profiles.
The appeal here is the terpene profile. Zoap brings citrus, candy and floral notes with that clean soap-sweet character people either chase or avoid. Fish Piss adds the strange bit: savoury undertones, ammonia, fermented fruit and old-school skunk. Seed Stockers also lists the flavour as candy sour, which fits the mix well. This isn’t a plain dessert strain, and it’s not trying to be. It’s for growers who like loud jars and flavours that start a conversation.
THC is listed at 20–26%, so Fishy Zoap is pitched on the stronger side. The effect is described as active, with a fast euphoric lift that starts in the head and can feel giggly, social and clear. As it develops, the indica influence brings a warmer body relaxation without immediately turning the whole thing sleepy at moderate levels. Taken further, the heavier side becomes more obvious, making it better suited to an evening for some users.
In the grow room, Fishy Zoap is an indoor or outdoor photoperiod variety with a flowering time of around 63–70 days, or about nine weeks. Seed Stockers describes it as intermediate level: not a nightmare to handle, but better for someone who already understands basic plant control, feeding and airflow. Confident beginners may still get on with it if they keep things tidy.
Plants are medium to tall with strong lateral branching and a vigorous, well-structured frame. Training is worth considering, as topping, SCROG and controlled veg time are all recommended for making better use of the plant’s structure and improving yields. Moderate feeding is suggested rather than pushing it too hard, and good airflow is useful for keeping the terpene expression at its best.
Yield is described as huge, with high results especially when the plants are trained. The flowers are dense and chunky, with heavy trichome coverage, sticky resin and strong aroma retention after harvest. Cooler night temperatures may bring out more colourful expressions. Aroma control should be taken seriously, as this one is bred to be loud.
Fishy Zoap suits growers who want something potent, resinous and unusual, especially if candy, soap, sour fruit, skunk and savoury funk sound more interesting than another straight sweet strain.
