Diesel Matic is a cross of our super-fast Skull Ryder and the multiple award winner NYCD (New York City Diesel). The result is a very potent auto flowering strain which gives off an amazing fueltype aroma and has an incredible spicy yet fruity flavour.
This plant begins to throw out pistils as early as day 16 and will show incredible vigour right from the start. Most phenotypes produce multiple side branches which start off skinny but will soon fill out with numerous glistening buds. The ability of Diesel Matic to produce so many branches makes it an excellent strain for use in a SOG setup where yields can easily reach 90g per plant.
The aroma which comes off these plants really fills the grow room with a mixture of spicy and fruity tones that combine in a truly pungent scent. The Indica dominant genetics of Diesel Matic make for a fairly narcotic effect although it is not a total ‘couch-locker’ and allows the smoker to stay active.

Strain FAQ
The challenges of Diesel strains?
Diesel strains can be difficult because of their long flowering times and need for odour management. Due to their Sativa heritage, they like to grow upward, especially outside, which can require extra case to be taken.
Are shorter cannabis strains more resilient?
Short strains are frequently stronger because of their indica genetics and the harsh environments they evolved in. They endure temperature changes and pests better, making them less laborious.
What cultural functions do spicy cannabis strains play?
Spicy cannabis strains are regarded for their powerful characteristics and have been employed in traditional ceremonies or rites in some cultures.
Does the light spectrum matter when it comes to indoor cannabis?
Indoor lighting customisation is reportedly like a magic wand. It is said that some legal growers adjust illumination to control plant growth and cannabinoid and terpene development. Increasing blue light, they say, could boost the plant's terpene profile and aroma and flavour.
Can auto-flowering strains adapt to varied conditions?
The tough ruderalis roots of auto-flowering strains make them cannabis' all-terrain vehicles. They can handle tough weather and unexpected pests, making life easier for those in difficult situations or just starting out.
