Banana Purple Punch Auto RF3 is FastBuds’ more stable, more consistent take on its Banana Purple Punch Auto line. It’s available as feminised autoflowering seeds, bred for growers who want the purple colour, sweet banana profile and chunky resin-coated flowers to show up with less variation from plant to plant.

The RF3 part means “Reversed F3”. FastBuds created this third filial generation from Banana Purple Punch Auto F5 by repeatedly crossing a reversed feminised parent back into the line. The project took 18 months and was aimed at locking in the traits people liked in the original: purple and magenta flower colour, a consistent terpene profile, heavier bud structure and a reliable autoflowering cycle.

This is a mostly indica line, listed at 75% indica and 25% sativa. FastBuds gives the headline cannabinoid figures as up to 31% THC and less than 1% CBD, so it’s clearly pitched at the stronger end of modern autoflowers. The effect is described as starting with a bright, mind-clearing lift before easing into full-body relaxation and longer-lasting comfort. That makes it better suited to unwinding later in the day than to a busy, focused session.

In the grow room, Banana Purple Punch Auto RF3 stays thick and sturdy, with a typical height of 80–150 cm. Flowering takes 8–9 weeks, keeping the quick cycle that made the original popular.
