Description
Auto Purple Lemonade is built around colour, citrus and speed. These feminised autoflowering seeds from Seed City Seeds produce an indica-dominant plant known for dark purple flowers, sugary lemon sharpness and a full life cycle of around 9–10 weeks from germination under favourable conditions.
The plant itself is usually medium-sized for an autoflower, commonly reaching about 70–120 cm. It forms a strong central stem with several upright side branches, so the mature shape is more of a sturdy, well-branched bush than a tight little pole. Internodal spacing stays fairly open, which gives the chunky flower clusters room to develop along the main stem and laterals.
The standout feature is the colour in bloom. Purple expression is part of the strain rather than something that relies entirely on cold nights, though the final intensity can still be affected by the environment. Flowers can move through burgundy and reddish-purple shades into rich violet, magenta and very dark purple by maturity. Against greener fan leaves, bright orange to rusty-orange pistils and a frosted coat of trichomes, a finished plant can look seriously striking without needing much explanation.
Buds are typically dense and substantial, with heavy resin production across the flowers and nearby sugar leaves. Some plants may show pink or lilac tones in the calyxes and resinous flower surfaces, adding to the coloured finish. The overall structure stays broad but not overly congested, with a prominent main cola and several solid lateral colas.
The aroma and flavour sit firmly on the sweet-and-sour side of citrus. Fresh lemon, lemon zest and sour citrus lead, backed by a sugary lemonade character rather than a heavy skunk or fuel profile. Depending on the phenotype, you may also find berry, grape, fruity, slightly earthy or faint fuel-like notes underneath, but the main impression is still that bittersweet lemonade edge.
Yields are respectable for a quick autoflower. Indoors, plants can reach around 400–550 g/m². Outdoors, individual plants may produce roughly 50–250 g each, with size and setting making a big difference.
Potency is high for an autoflower, with THC generally in the low-to-mid 20% range and selected modern examples potentially reaching around 27%. The effect is usually described as starting with an uplifting, clear-headed and mildly stimulating cerebral feel, then easing into calmer physical relaxation. It has indica dominance, but it is not usually presented as an immediately heavy or purely sedating choice.
Auto Purple Lemonade suits shoppers who want a fast, compact-to-medium autoflower with proper bag appeal: purple buds, orange pistils, heavy frost and a sharp lemon-sweet profile that stays more lemonade than diesel.
