Project Genesis

Three years ago, the WoS team embarked on a challenging journey to hybridize one of the most formidable commercial sativas with autoflowering genetics, aiming to create an unparalleled AUTOMATIC SATIVA. Their goal was to achieve unmatched size, productivity, and quality. They chose a Neville Haze clone (nl5 x haze x haze) and combined it with Northern Lights Auto, selected for its matching genetic lineage to maintain purity. This endeavor was motivated by the belief that no one had yet successfully tamed this sativa.

Development Challenges

Initial stages were daunting, reportedly requiring around 8 months to select specimens that closely resembled Neville Haze in flowering duration (14-16 weeks) and its distinct metallic incense taste. This task was undertaken for the first and second generations (f1 and f2). Advancements in closing the gene pool by the third and fourth generations (f3 and f4) proved smoother, showcasing the emergence of the desired Neville Haze Auto characteristics.

Remarkable Outcome

The culmination of this crossbreeding venture resulted in a plant capable of reaching 120cm in height within a 1 litre pot under a 12-hour indoor light cycle, boasting yields of 70g, and even up to 100g from a 2m high plant in a 5 litre pot. This plant, matching the traditional Neville Haze’s traits, matures in 100 days from seed and significantly outperforms past autoflowering strains.
