Double Purple Punch is Bomb Seeds’ pairing of Purple Punch x Purple Kush, bringing together modern sweet berry character with a classic purple indica background. It’s available as feminised seeds and is a photoperiod variety with an 80% indica and 20% sativa balance.

This is a medium-height plant rather than a sprawling one, usually reaching around 80–150 cm. The structure is sturdy and compact, with tight internodes, good lateral branching and dense, frost-coated buds. That makes it a practical choice for indoor spaces, while still being suitable outdoors for growers after a manageable purple cultivar.

Flowering indoors takes around 7–9 weeks. Yields are listed at 500–600gr/m², with the plant’s dense flower formation and resin production doing a lot of the visual work. Outdoors, Bomb Seeds notes that it performs reliably through the season, and warm days followed by cooler nights can help bring out deeper purple colour in the flowers.

Double Purple Punch doesn’t sound like a strain that needs heavy handling to show its shape. Basic topping or low-stress training can be used, but its natural growth is already fairly controlled. Consistent airflow and balanced feeding during late flowering are useful points to keep in mind, especially with the thicker buds and resin-heavy finish.

The aroma is rich and dessert-like, led by sweet berry and blueberry notes. Under that, there are earthy and grape-like tones from the purple genetics. The flavour follows the same line: smooth berry sweetness, a touch of tropical fruit, then a soft woody finish on the exhale. It’s a bold profile, but not described as harsh or overpowering.

THC is given at 20–24%. The effect is described as relaxed, euphoric and happy, with a heavy, body-led feel and a gentle mental lift.
