Cronuts is the long-awaited hybrid by Alphakronik Genes that is the first entry in their Le Patisserie Series, featuring the infamous Girl Scout Cookie cutting. They decided that the Sin City Kush male would be the most potent offering to compliment the unique traits that the GSC cut is known for. By adding the SCK genetics they increased the yield, added a more unique purple colouration, and sweetened the flavour even more. Cronuts has a unique blend of flavours that culminate in a sweet and woodsy flavor, with undertones of bread and fuel with a florally sweet finish. There are three main phenotypes found in Cronuts, each unique in its own way. Patient testing has shown Cronuts to perform well in aiding the effects on Crohn's Disease, Joint Swelling, Gastrointestinal Pain, Occular Pressure due to Glaucoma, Headaches, and Generalized Pain. The structure of the GSC was enhanced by the SCK's strength and rigidity, giving it not only a better overall structure, but brought the node sites closer to together, reducing a bit of the stretch that the GSC has.
Strain FAQ
Can the same woodsy strain smell different based on its environment?
Genetics, environmental conditions, and curing can all reportedly affect a cannabis strain's aroma, including woodsy notes. A strain grown in one environment may have subtle terpene differences from another.
Can 12/12 photoperiod hybrids flower faster?
Breeders have been working cross-breeding hybrids to meet the 12/12 light schedule and speed up flowering. These optimised hybrids can finish faster than other varieties without compromising yield or potency.
What makes most short-flowering strains Indica or Indica-dominant?
Shorter flowering times than Sativas make Indica strains or their hybrid progeny reportedly ideal for fast harvests. Indica strains have this trait due to the cold northern climates they evolved in.
What traits does Girl Scout Cookies impart to new crosses?
GSC and its descendants are like pioneers, versatile and disease-resistant. However, they are said to require a vigilant eye to maximise output and potency, making them a worthwhile task for those with enough dedication.
Can hybrids highlight uncommon cannabinoids?
Hybrids can be produced to raise CBG or THCV levels for distinct effects and medical purposes. Cannabis' complicated chemistry is being more understood and appreciated with this concentration on uncommon cannabinoids becoming more common.
