This is a cross of the 1989 Exodus Cheese clone with a Skunk #1. It was then back crossed three times with the Exodus clone mother. This has resulted in a pleasant combination of both parents; having a citrus rather than fruity component along with the classic cheese taste. It is a very dank and flavoursome cheese strain with a tongue tingling lemon aftertaste.
Strain FAQ
Cheese strains smell like cheese. Which terpenes cause this?
Myrcene and caryophyllene contribute musky, earthy, spicy, peppery, and fresh, piney notes to the cheese aroma. Humulene gives earthy, hoppy notes. These terpenes give cheese its strong aroma.
How varied are cheese strains?
From Cheese, a family tree has grown, including Blue Cheese, mingled with Blueberry, and Sweet Cheese, crossed with Black Jack. Each variation offers a variety of cheesy treats that keep the Cheese recipe alive while adding fresh flavours.
Are tall cannabis strains suitable for novices?
Tall strains can be more challenging for novices due to their need for more maintenance and space management. However, with proper research and commitment, even beginners are said to be able to successfully cultivate these strains with the right techniques.
