Watzapp is one of the latest strains to drop in 2021 from one of our latest breeders, Spitfire Genetics. It's a cross using the infamous Zapp bred by Spitfire Genetics that they've then hit with their Peach Cubez father.
The Zapp is a cross of the Gelato 41 from Cali bred with the Z cube from Dying Breed Seeds. The Watzapp uses the breeders cut of the Zapp to cross with the Peach Cubez, and the progeny of the Watzapp tends to be dominated by medium-sized, bushy Indica/ broadleaf leaning phenos with a dense bud structure. The strain tends to exhibit a gassy, creamy and funky gelato forward terpene profiles which is balanced by luscious hints of candied, soapy Zkittlez from the Peach Cubez. When legally extracted, the dominant terpene profile typically presents as a deep gelato with raw kush notes & hints of burnt toffee and peaches, giving a wide variety of exotic flavours for legal extraction. The Zapp grows with excellent yields and is suitable for a range of growing expertise.
Spitfire Genetics selected their Peach Cubez father for this breeding project thanks to its vigour, exotic terpene profile and excellent resin production. The Peach Cubez has a lovely of sweet, overripe peaches and soapy, candied Fragrant Z terps. The original Peach Ozz had a poor yield and flimsy flowers, but the Z cube added more vigour and healthy growth attributes and better potential for Zkittlez terps.

Strain FAQ
Does the environment effect these strains' gassy aroma?
Absolutely. Environmental conditions including soil nutrients, humidity, and temperature are all said to be able to affect the gassy smell. These factors can increase or decrease the expression of the essential terpenes that give the fuel-like scent.
What are some significant indica terpenes and their effects?
Indica strains can have terpenes like myrcene, which is is said to be a sedative, and linalool, which is said to calm. These create the "couch-lock" effect, making indica strains most desired for deep relaxation.
Do 12/12 photoperiod cannabis strains have a lot of genetic variability?
Some 12/12 photoperiod strains are like cannabis chameleons, adapting to varied lighting conditions without affecting growth or blooming. Their versatility makes them particularly hardy in different environments.
