Red Kachina by Conscious Genetics is one of the new range of cultivars created by pollinating several keeper genetic hybrids from Conscious Genetics with their Pink Champagne Bx1 reversal. Red Kachina uses the mother cut of the Orange Cheesecake Bx1, which, when pollinated with the Pink Champagne Bx1, resulted in Conscious Genetics' most purple strain.
Both the Orange Cheesecake Bx1 and the Pink Champagne Bx1 are solid purple strains, and they've lent these deep purple traits to their offspring, with around 80% of the resulting progeny being a solid purple colour throughout. Red Kachina produces intensely tropical orange and citrus aromas undercut by an intense gassy musky effect from the Pink Champagne Bx1 reversal. Red Kachina is quite possibly the best example of purps meets terps due to their pure level of terpenes and complexity.
Red Kachina grows to a medium to tall plant with some legs; the yield is average to above average, and the flowering time ranges from 9 to 10 weeks.
Pink Champagne itself is a cross between Pink Lemonaide V2 and the Conscious Kush V1; meanwhile, the conscious Kush V1 is a cross of Guard Dawg x Blue Cookies x ODV3 x Sunset Sherbert. This stunning star lineup has resulted in a frosty, purple-tinged hybrid.

Strain FAQ
Does timing alter their musky scent?
Absolutely! Harvest timing is said to greatly affect how musky a strain smells. As the plant ages, terpene composition alters, deepening those musky, earthy scents.
How do strains suitable for the outdoors vary phenotypically?
Legal growers report that growing the same strain outdoors can produce startling differences in potency, flavour, and growth. Cannabis is said to be very flexible, with its features finely modified by its growth environment.
What types of climates are ideal for feminized strains?
Feminized cannabis strains are versatile but tend to perform best in stable, warm climates with consistent light exposure. They can be sensitive to extreme fluctuations in temperature and humidity, so controlled environments often yield the best results.
