Devils Harvest Seeds crossing and selecting of high CBD strains for the european market has resulted in a number of interesting strains and we are over the moon to release them to the market, the first of these is the amazing Raspberry Waffles CBD.
We have decided to release these F1 regular seeds for the seed collectors to own in what we are calling Pheno-Hunter packs containing 25 regular seeds of this unique tasting and highly beneficial cultivar. The Strawberry Sour Diesel which was already a mildly CBD strain was taken and crossed with a unique CBD male, to create this beautiful tasting end product and with some Phenos with very high CBD content.
This release is for serious growers and breeders that are interesting in adding some unique genetics to their library or to search for interesting seeds to help their breeding programs or are searching for that special stud or mother.
Strain FAQ
When it comes to effects, is it purely just about the amount of CBD?
Whilst CBD is thought to be the most important medicinal component of cannabis it is thought that it may work better in the presence of lesser cannabinoids and terpenes. Research has shown that it is the combination that leads to the best results! This collaborative effect may explain why high CBD strain whole-plant extracts outperform pure CBD in some circumstances.
What distinguishes Diesel strains' scent and flavour?
Combine the raw, strong smell of diesel gasoline with pleasant citrus and peppery spice. Due to their rich terpenes, Diesel strains are said to offer a unique sensory experience. Limonene and caryophyllene dominate, creating a powerful, distinctive aroma and flavour.
Which terpenes give cannabis its raspberry flavour?
Raspberry flavour comes from several terpenes. Myrcene gives sweetness and fruitiness, whereas limonene adds citrus. Linalool gives the perfume sweet berry notes, pinene piney undertones, and caryophyllene spice, adding depth.
Are single cannabis seeds a sustainable option?
Single seed selections allow users to buy only what they need, promoting sustainable practices. This approach reduces waste and uses every drop of water, watt of light, and bit of space with care.
Why is flowering time important for phenotypic expression?
Terpenes and cannabinoids, which give plants their flavours and effects, develop during flowering. This time is said to ensure a complete manifestation of the plant's potential by allowing for a richer, more nuanced profile than faster-flowering strains.
