Afghan Selection has a small range of seeds, having only released around 15 so far, but what's exciting isn't the range but the seeds themselves. There is a bit of a clue in their name and they're well known for releasing authentic Afghan landrace strains in their original regular seed format. Started by a UK grower who became bored with the same old UK Cheese strains, he decided to travel the world and see what kind of genetics he could collect. His travels took him initially to Thailand but he quickly moved on to Kullu Valley in Hamachal Pradesh, to Nepal and all over the world!

You're probably wondering what's so great about Afghan genetics that he chose to release just those and not a range of landraces from all over the globe? Well the answer is that they're well known for their smell, flavour and quality and he was a big fan of the flavours you can find here which include citrus, grapefruit, diesel, skunk and mango!
