Machine Gun Funk is a Sativa dominant Haze plant with a Skunk kick that combines some of the most famous elite strains to ever hit the world of growing. The genetics used to make this strain individually have won many different Cannabis Cups and been some of the most popular strains to ever grace the Dutch Coffee Shops. The mother used is Pure Haze x G13 Haze x Skunk and the father is our own AK Confidential cross (LA Confidential x AK-47). The AK Confidential was chosen because we wanted to try and add different flavours to the heavy haze and cut the flower time down a little. The Haze is very dominant in this strain carrying through to the high which is potentially very strong and up lifting in a typical heavy Sativa fashion. Plants have mostly a lemon flavour with funky twists from the Skunk and Afghan influences giving some phenotypes an almost roast chicken and Sage taste. Named after the Notorious B.I.G. song Machine Gun Funk because of its funky flavours and ingredients like the notorious G13 Haze and famous AK-47 which can gun down inexperienced smokers with ease. Also the Haze flowering time makes this strain one for the hardcore connoisseur growers who like the late great Biggie Smalls 'Live for the Funk' and 'Die for the Funk'.
